Influential Syrian restauranteur and event planner, Magdy Sharshafji, has signed on to write an essay for Aleppo, Syria:Witness to an Ancient Legacy. Sharshafji plans to write about creating the modern restaurant and party scenes in Aleppo, Syria before the civil war.
